Tech Prof-Electrical/Electronic Associate Responsibilities: • Conduct failure analysis to achieve COPQ targets • Develop new or improve existing test system to improve test coverage and debugging capabilities • Generate procedures for new product introductions • Train and guide technicians on product assembly procedures • Provide guidance and instruction on engineering change implementation to production and other functional team • Continual improvement on assembly process to eliminate safety concerns and reduce production lead time Requirements: • Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering • 3 years of working experience in electronics product failure analysis with proven track records of product yield improvement (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position) • Strong in electronic / electrical circuit analysis • Software/firmware development experience is advantageous • Experience working with high temperature electronic application or aerospace industry with some test system development background will be advantageous • Good communication skills with a can-do attitude • Safety conscious Successful candidates can expect competitive remunerations and a dynamic, conducive working environment.
